‘Rainfall in the Ethiopian Forest’ statement necklace

Many people seem to think that Ethiopia is a total desert, yellow, burnt, in general, a kind of “African”. However, when you go there you can see that this country (as well as all of Africa, in fact) is incredibly green, filled with lakes, rivers and waterfalls.

Hectares of forests are located in the Southern Ethiopia, at the Omo Valley. In the rainy season which begins in Ethiopia in May and ends in September, the forest turns into some kind of a live giant ball of crumpled leaves, branches, drops, and something else barely perceptible, but extremely fragrant.
